A quote request is not an order

When you send a quote request, you are asking us for information and a price. It does not create an order. An order begins only when we confirm the details with you. Price, deposit, timing and delivery for your order are set when we confirm it.

Timing

The turnaround we mention on this site is a general guide. The date for your order is the one we confirm with you.

Your artwork

When you send us artwork, you tell us that you own it or have permission to use it, and that using it will not break anyone's rights. We use your artwork only to prepare your quote and to make your order. We may decline artwork that we believe is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Colors and proofs

Colors look different on different screens and in print. Please look closely at any proof we send before you approve it.

Our content

The Dyenamic Designs name, logo and the content of this website belong to Dyenamic Designs. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

No guarantees about the site

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Dyenamic Designs is not responsible for losses that come from using the website. This does not limit anything the law says we must stand behind.

Governing law
