Privacy Policy

The short version

We only collect what you send us through the forms on this site. We use it to answer you and to make your order. We never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you send a quote request or a message, we receive what you type: your name, your organization or team, your email address, your phone number, what you need, how many pieces, the date you need them, and any artwork files you attach.

Artwork you upload. We use your files only to prepare your quote and to make your order, and only our team can open them. They are stored with our hosting provider and kept as long as needed to handle your request and any order that follows. Please send only artwork you have the right to use.

Collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and times) to keep the site secure and running.

Spam protection. Forms pass through automated checks, including a hidden field and a timing check. A message the checks flag is held for our review instead of being emailed.

How we use it

• To answer your question and prepare your quote.
• To design, make and deliver your order.
• To send you a confirmation of what you submitted, when you give us an email address.
• To protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Who else handles it

We use trusted service providers to run this site: Google Firebase for hosting, secure storage and the database; an email delivery service to send our messages; and Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces (your browser asks Google's servers for them, so Google sees your IP address). If we offer online payment, you enter your card details on our payment processor's secure form, and we do not see or store full card numbers. The accessibility panel on each page is provided by our web designer, eG-iD, and is loaded from eg-id.com. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set advertising cookies, and it does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. The accessibility panel saves your display choices in your own browser so they are there on your next visit; nothing in that storage is sent to us.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and messages are kept until we have handled them and any order that follows, and then archived or deleted. Order records are kept as long as we need them for the work and for our business records.

Children

This site is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent, guardian or coach to contact us for you.

Your choices
